animal illustration for tshirt design

I'm looking for someone to create an animal illustration for a t-shirt design. Specifically, I'm looking for a realistic illustration of a salamander native to our location. It's a specific species known as the Cascade Caverns Salamander (Eurycea latitans). I'm looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, and a good understanding of how to accurately capture the features of this species in an illustration with a bit of a friendly view. Currently the owner wants something that seems realistic but with a slight touch of humanism in it, anthropomorphized as he calls it. I know it seems contradicting, but I hope that someone may be up for the challenge. In addition, I'd like the illustration to be in accordance with a specific color scheme, which I can discuss with interested artists.
