Wedding Guestbook Womping Willow Painting

I am seeking an artistic freelancer capable of creating a medium-sized (16x20 inches) painting of a womping willow. The painting should be completed using a neutral color palette (browns, grays, whites). Incorporated into the artwork, I would like a sign hanging from the tree that reads "always", as well as two Shiba Inus (dogs).
