Website background illustrations & design (+ icon/elements)

I'm seeking a skilled illustrator to create background illustrations and branding components for a new website that our client is working on.
The color palette has already been determined which you can view on the website (see link below). The website is complete, but the client now needs illustrations, branding elements, and icons to make the website feel "complete" as the final step.
This also includes creating the "mascot" for the brand, which is a "cozy bear" (similar to the bear in the attachment).
All designs must be cohesive with all other illustrations. In other words, all designs should match each other and be in harmony. We estimate there to be about 7 illustrations and 10 icons/elements.
The illustrations must be optimized for web design and strong performance (e.g. small size so pages load fast).

Complete one (1) illustration for the hero section of the website. We will be awarding this project based on that submission + reviewing your portfolio.
