Watercolor Style Property Map Creation

I need a sketch-style map of a property's top-down view, created using drone photos. This map should have a moderate level of detail, including all building structures, roads and pathways, and vegetation and trees. I have s sample map which can be used as guidance (see attached).

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in visual design and cartography
- Experience with drone photography and aerial mapping
- Ability to create detailed, engaging watercolor-style sketches
- Familiarity with identifying and accurately representing landmarks in a mapping context.
