Wargame Storyboard

We are developing a game to simulate defense against a cyber attack, and we need to story board out the idea. We need a creative, english-fluent, funny and capable artist to help us pull together an overall conceptual design for the game. We need to lay out gameplay, cut screens, character screens, etc. It doesn't need to be high art, but it should get the general idea and aesthetic across.
