**Job Brief: Cartoonist/Illustrator**
**Position:** Freelance Cartoonist/Illustrator
**Project Scope:** Creation of original, high-quality cartoon illustrations for a children's educational publication.
**Number of Illustrations:** Approximately 50 unique illustrations
**Illustration Details:**
- Each cartoon must depict engaging scenes suitable for children aged 6-12.
- Illustrations should feature vibrant colors and expressive characters.
- The illustrations will represent diverse scenes, actions, and settings, each featuring child-friendly characters and educational themes.
**Theme & Style:**
- Cartoon-style illustrations with bright, inviting colors.
- Characters and scenes should reflect diversity and inclusivity.
- Visual storytelling that captures the curiosity and imagination of young readers.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in cartoon illustration or similar artistic roles.
- Proficiency in digital illustration software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Ability to deliver consistent illustration style and maintain character consistency across multiple drawings.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and character design.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs effectively and deliver work in a timely manner.

- Digital files of each illustration in high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
- Illustrations delivered in common formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) as well as editable source files (PSD, AI).
