Vectorize Vintage Racecar Designs

I'm looking for a talented digital illustrator who can transform old racecar photos into vector art. The final product should be of moderate detail with some textures. The illustrations will be used for various applications, so the final deliverable needs to be in SVG format.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in vector art
- Experience with moderate detail illustration
- Able to deliver in SVG format
- Familiarity with racecar designs is a plus.
