Vector Line Art Icon / Illustration

I am looking for someone to create minimalistic vector line art icons/illustrations for both website and print use. I have a clear concept in mind as well as a sample to work from, and am seeking an artist to bring this idea to life. I really like the included file but need alternate options to convey the idea of "finding insights" The line art will be used as part of a logo as the icon
The individual must be able to expertly create intricate and detailed line art in the form of icons/illustrations. I am looking for someone who can produce elegant, intricate designs, which convey the message I am aiming for with the project.
Quality is of the utmost importance, and I am not willing to accept anything less than extraordinary work. The individual should be creative and able to visually flesh out this concept in great detail to make the most out of this vector line art.
