Tweaks to a drawing job.

It's a fairly realistic drawing of two people, like a sketch. I need someone who can do image editing, illustration, digital drawing, AI, whatever they use. To be able to make the two people in the drawing as close as possible to those in the photo. So, it would mostly be minor tweaks. But it has to be someone very skilled.
