Transform Hand-Drawn Apparel Designs into Digital

I'm seeking a talented artist to convert my hand-drawn clothing sketches into usable digital files. These files will be primarily for design presentations, so they need to be of moderate detail. I will use the digital designs on apparel mock ups as well as my website. I need them to look realistic. And potentially be put onto a mock up type background.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in digital illustration software
- Experience with apparel design
- Ability to replicate a realistic style
The digital files should be delivered in both PDF and JPEG formats (or any other suitable photo-type file), and need to reflect a moderate level of detail.
