Total Drama Style Art [Characters and Backgrounds]

I am creating a[nother] Total Drama fanmade season on my YouTube channel, Total Drama Next Generation. I need an artist who is familiar with and good at drawing in the Total Drama art style. I will mostly need some character redesigns, poses, and backgrounds. This is not animated, but moreso a detailed storyboard. I have attached a character and two backgrounds for reference. I am looking for someone who can consistently and quickly deliver art, as I upload on an episode to episode basis. Willing to pay by the commission. I already have most of the characters [in .png form] and backgrounds and I am just looking for touch-ups and redesigns, so the price will be basic-moderate.
