This tattoo should have this idea: there is different type of human beings, who should be punished(killed), it could be represented in one human, and “you” should kill them(him/her), but in the future «you» won't be able to live with what you've done and kill yourself, but even if “you” knew all this, “you” would still do the same thing.
Additionally in this tattoo also could be represented quote of Nietzsche “whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster”, because it could be one of the cases why “you” want to kill yourself. But this additionally not necessary, just in case if you have any idea how to make this two things altogether.
Unfortunately I have no idea how it should looks like.
