Tattoo Design - Cosmere
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want a tattoo honoring the Cosmere (Brandon Sanderson's written universe). Mistborn and the Stormlight Archive are very near and dear to my heart.
Anatomy: Female, 5 foot 6 inches.
I wanted a tattoo design that begins on my calf and wraps up ending either upper thigh or lower waist. I am leaning a bit more towards lower waist. I want it to start with Vin atop kredik shaw (have references below). I then want it to blend into a mist (smoky-looking) that curves the entire length of the tattoo. I want there to be small starts included in the smoke (like you can see the sky through it, like what happens when you burn tin).
I want it to include other imagery if possible but I am not 100% sure how to include it and still make the tattoo cohesive. This is part of why I am setting up a commission: I want your opinion. I have struggled with mental health for most of my life, and the words "You will be warm again" in the womans script is something that I either want included in this tattoo or I will be getting separately as a different tattoo. I really love the idea and the meaning behind it (again I have examples and references for all of this). I also was toying with the idea of adding in several of the allomantic symbols or Kaladin's spear, etc. I am not 100% sure. It matters a lot to me that this is done well.
