Swallow watercolor Tattoo Design

Hello,
So this is my first tattoo and my first time using Freelancer so I am very new to both so please forgive me.
I am looking to get a small watercolor chest tattoo of a swallow and thought it would be better to get a digital artist to design a concept before going to the tattoo artist.
I have created somewhat of a mood board brief it is pretty vague but I can certainly elaborate where needed.
In short I would like the design to have a pink/purple palleté with elements of blue, coloured inside the line art (some splash is fine) with some sort of glitch elements. In my mind the tail is "shattering" into glass shards and becoming more "corrupt" / losing digital resolution / quality the further it is from the beak.
I hope this makes sense, I am not at all qualified as an artist, so this is very "on vibes"
