Superhero concept art commission

I'm looking for an artist to commission to create a concept art piece of a specific superhero character in anime style with a high level of detail. A gift, for personal use, that will include the likeness of a particular person stylized as a superhero with lots of surrounding context detail. The artwork should be of the highest quality and professional standard. I'm looking for an artist that is experienced in creating anime style art and has excellent knowledge of anatomy, colour theory, composition, and other artistic fundamentals. The artist should be able to bring the character to life through their illustration and have an eye for detail and perspective. A portfolio of past work is required and should demonstrate that the artist has the skill and expertise to fulfill this project successfully. The artist should also be able to communicate effectively during the commission process.
