Storybook Styled Illustrative Album Cover

Hi, I am looking for someone that can help me to create an album cover for a musician. The idea is to create an illustration like a story book with a parade of people also like where is waldo style with a fisher price castle in the background, all the characters are heading to the castle. The castle will be in the background, with the illustration suggesting that the characters are heading toward its entrance. The main characters will be in the foreground, holding a sign with the album name, while additional characters will be added to help fill out the space.

Thoughts on the characters of the parade:

It should be led by a trumpet, or possibly a trio of horns

I think it’s more important to have a highly diverse set of characters in the rest of the parade…a larger number than just the song characters.

I’d be OK if the song characters were almost like a Where’s Waldo within the group.

Some of the characters:
Metal: gender ambiguous who looks otherwise boring, but carrying a gun. It’s key that they seem unthreatening except for the weapon.

Castle: business suit with a super bling watch

Accident: a construction worker with crutches
Ghosts: a literal ghost

Purity: all-white clothes…perhaps some gold bling would be distinct from the ghost I guess

67 Minutes: a classic motorcycle outfit

Is this possible for you to do? How much it would be?
