Storm Cosplay Comic Page Editing

I'm in need of an artist to transform 4 of my photos into a single, full-color, classic comic book style page. This is for a Storm cosplay shoot, so specific elements and effects, particularly lightning bolts, will need to be added.

Ideal Skills:
- Comic book/comic strip experience
- SFX editing proficiency
- Understanding of classic comic book style
- Full color editing capabilities

Please note, the editing will need to include:
- Adding lightning bolts
- Creating a cohesive, engaging comic book page
