Sports-Themed Dogs Playing Poker Painting

I am looking to have a painting of dogs playing poker, but with custom details like jerseys on the dogs and misc items in the room. Could start with a standard dogs playing poker layout, but then create the details. 5 dogs, each with a different jersey from one of my favorite teams. Doesn’t have to be done by hand, but would like printed onto canvas that can be framed. Thinking around 24x36 inches (before framing and matting). The dogs do not need to be custom, just adding the jerseys to the dogs. Would also add some details like certain drinks on the table and stuff around the room. Can send examples.
