Space or Noir Art: Illustrator Needed (Animation skill is a bonus)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for an Artist who's into Noir Art to illustrate for a website. This could lead to several more projects. The Artist must have a portfolio to show similar style they've done in the past.
Brief:
A Character floating in space (I will provide the character later). See attached sample of an image to get an idea of the concept. Ideally I would also like to get the stars animated, but not necessary.

Portfolio / sample of similar space illustration, or Noir Art.
