Small black and white painting

I want a painting of my wife and dog in the attached picture. I want it to be really simple. Essentially just a white canvas with my dog on the left side and my wife on the right. I'd like to see some of the rocks around my wife's feet and some water around the dogs. Other than that I want it completely blank.
