Simple Medical Illustration of Blood Flow

I'm seeking a medical illustrator to create an educational illustration of a failing vein, with a focus on blood flow. The illustration will be used in educational materials.

The attached sketch shows how two veins come together but one has failed valves and as a result, the blood turns and flows down the failed vein. Note that very little blood continues upward as a result. The second attachment shows incorrectly that blood continues to travel up even though the vein valve has failed.
