Shoe painting

Hello, I am looking for someone who can create a custom design for a pair of my sneakers. I have a specific design in mind and am looking for the best person to make it into reality.
Rather than go for something as bold as a full painting, I would like the design to be of medium size. It needs to draw attention, yet still look proportional to the sneakers.
Ideally, the artist should be proficient with airbrushing and/or other types of painting. It would be great if they also had experience with creating custom designs on a variety of shoe styles (sneakers, high heels, and boots), but not entirely necessary.
