Scotland Notebook

A high-end notebook themed to a novel I am writing that takes place in 18th century Scotland. It would probably involve 3-5 major illustrations, and the end result would be an illustrated cover plus colored pages and a few illustrations on the inside. I am looking for full notebook design.
