Science Proposal Vector Illustrator

We are a team of researches, that applies for a EU grant on X-ray 3D Nanoscopy for Reproductive Health. We need to illustrate how our project will work, explaining our project scheme for developing advanced microscopes to study and address fertility issues in Europe.
Project Overview:
We require a precise illustration that effectively communicates our complex scientific concepts to both general panel members and specialized external reviewers.
Key Information:
- We have a clear vision (95%) of the desired output, including specific elements and their placement. Exact specifications and references will be provided, almost no conceptual brainstorming required
Technical Requirements:
Software: Adobe Illustrator (vector format)
Style: Clean, bright, suitable for business/scientific presentations
Format: Detailed A4 illustration for digital use
Compatibility: Must be easily imported and editable in PowerPoint
Elements: Will include hospital, scientists, microscopes, synchrotron, embryo (in Illustrator); with arrows and text showing relationships (to be added in PowerPoint)
Project Scope:
1. Create main illustration elements in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring all elements are properly grouped for easy manipulation
2. Give us a draft to review with the team
3. Finalise the illustration based on our comments, adding text and arrows
4. (if needed) Second check by the team and minor comments
Please note, that illustration will take several days to complete, considering all reviews.
