Render 2d Watch

I want to realize a render in 2D of the Panerai Luminor Marina watch case and bracelet. Start with drawing it on illustrator, create different layer for every piece of the watch (example the hands in one layer, the number one layer, the case in different layer for the different structure...) after illustrator develop the texture and the effect on photoshop. I'll add an example of how the work have to be done. I want to do some revision during the process to control if everything is done in a correct way.
