Reggie the dog illustration

Hello talented peoples! I need someone to send some concept drawings/illustrations for a character dog called Reggie. He is a Chihuahua. It is not a full on project just yet, first i need to decide on the illustrator and concept before proceeding to more work. The design should be not too complicated as the audience is my son he is 3 years of age. The words to go with the drawing are Reggie likes to RIDE, at the top. It would be good if Reggie could be on a vintage motorcycle with the sunset in his goggles, as a reflection and no helmet just riding goggles and him with a bog smile wind against his face, but his ears still visible as he has fluffy ears. Have attached idea of what motorcylce could look like. He would be on a light grey road maybe a hill somewhere maybe side view so looking at the motorcycle from the side or if not then front view looking at him riding, open to ideas.
