Recreate illustration with Tikz/LaTeX using Matcha.io

I have two illustrations (found on the internet) involving a human eye to explain some basic geometrical optic. I need a new illustration inspired by these both to create a new one merging the illustrated concepts and of high quality/realistic made with Tikz/LaTeX and that must be drawn with Matcha.io Editor.
