Realistic Vintage Bike Painting

I'm in need of an artist skilled in watercolor realism. The project involves creating a realistic painting of two blue vintage bikes on a wooden bridge. The bikes are baby blue. I proposed to my now fiance while on a bike ride on a wooden bridge in an Ohio forest and had pink hydrangeas set up in the middle of the small wooden bridge.
