Realistic Photo Merge into Illustration

I have two photos that need to be merged into one realistic illustration. The end result is my face in the superhero costume. The elements from the two photos should be blended seamlessly, not just placed side by side or one above the other. Additionally, I would like a simple background added to the illustration. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in creating realistic illustrations from photos and be able to add simple backgrounds seamlessly.
