I need a talented illustrator who can convert an image into a realistic pencil-style sketch. The final product is intended for personal use, so it doesn't need to be commercially viable, but it should still be of high quality.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in creating realistic sketch illustrations
- Experience with pencil-style illustrations
- Able to work from a provided image
- Attention to detail and able to capture the nuances of the image in the sketch
