Realistic Oil Portrait Artist Needed

I am interested in commissioning a skilled artist to create a realistic portrait using oil paint. The focus is to capture life-like detail and realism in the completed work.
This is my personal project. I just want enhanced portraits for my grand parents. I have very old photo. I want a artist to sketch it from scratch and make it as realistic as possible.
