Realistic Landscape Sketch Artist Needed

I'm looking for an artist skilled in pencil sketching to create a detailed representation of an urban cityscape. Important for my project is the accurate depiction of specific buildings, stairs, and industrial blocks. Here's what I need:
- Expertise in pencil art, particularly architectural drawing.
- Experience with urban scenes.
- Knowledge on how specific buildings, stairs, and industrial blocks are represented in a drawn setting.
- Creativity in the interpretation and presentation of an urban cityscape.
This project requires a talent for capturing detail and the essence of a cityscape on a physical medium. If you possess these skills and have a love for architectural drawing, this project is perfect for you!
The stair cases need to be three blocks high. The scape left to weight is 15 feet. The stairs will need to be roughly “5 feet” across, and each side 5 feet. They are about 10 inche wide blocks. So approx 6 blocks on each side and 6 block stair steps in the middle (the stairs will have a space in between) 3 blocks of stairs, grass flat, then 3 blocks of stairs.
