Realistic Landscape Canvas Painting

I'm in need of a talented artist who can create a realistic style canvas painting for me. I am hoping to commission someone to paint my girlfriend's apartment building for her birthday as it is her first apartment in NYC. I attached a picture from streetview, it is the skinny brown one in the middle of the dark building and the other brick building, would ideally like to have her building pop out. Want to make it look cheerful as well. Feel free to paint it how you would like, I just want to capture the first place she lived in NYC as it is also where we met! I would need it done and delivered before April 30th (her birthday). It can be on a small canvas, doesn't need to be anything massive. Thank you.
