Realistic Illustrations for Teen Sports Book

I'm in need of a skilled illustrator who specializes in realistic style illustrations. The book is aimed at teenagers and focuses on mental performance for athletes. There are two main characters, Trey Jefferson a college freshman on the football team and Dr. Heather Larkin, the Team Psychologist and Mental Performance Specialist. Dr. Larkin is a tall, fashionable woman with brown hair (with hilights) just below her shoulders, she is lightly tanned, with green eyes. She wears black glasses. When she is in the office she wears a suit but when she's a black Nike sweatsuit and a baseball hat that says ALL IN. Dr. Larkin helps Trey develop an ALL IN MINDSET through his first season. The title is: The ALL IN MINDSET: How to Fumble, Fail, and Still Come Out on Top. Your illustrations will play a crucial role in engaging our young audience and conveying the book's concepts effectively.
