Realistic IHL Illustration Creation

I'm seeking a talented illustrator to bring my concept of Integrated Health Literacy (IHL) to life visually. The project involves creating a professional, realistic-style illustration that effectively communicates key aspects of IHL.
Key elements to include in the illustration:
- People and healthcare professionals: The illustration should depict various individuals in the healthcare sector, showcasing their connection to social networks (e.g, family members, health professionals etc) within the IHL framework.
- Health literacy concepts and symbols: Incorporate relevant symbols and concepts related to health literacy, demonstrating the importance and prevalence of health literacy in our society.
It's crucial that the illustration visually represents the connections between these concepts. The ideal candidate for this project will have significant experience in creating detailed, realistic illustrations, with a strong understanding of health-related themes and concepts. I want a model where it is possible to directly connect individual and collective resources (as illustrated in this attached draft/powerpoint). I would like you to get inspiration from the model of Sørensen and make a new model showing levels of resources in each (high-middle-low) .
