Realistic Acrylic Painting Creation

I'm looking to bring a design from my mind into a small, realistic, acrylic painting. The piece will be 12x16 inches or smaller.

My mums dad past away when she was a teen and she has fond memories of this particular memory and it is her birthday coming up and i was wanting to give this as a gift to her
