Printable Golf Course Scorecard Design

I need a professionally-designed scorecard for my golf course that I can print myself. The piece must feature a realistic overhead drawing of the entire layout, showing fairways, greens, tees, trees, water hazards, surrounding homes, and any notable landmarks so players can orient themselves at a glance.

There needs to be an area for Four (4) golfers can write their names. Each hole needs clearly labeled par, handicap, and distance information, laid out in a clean grid that fits comfortably on standard legal-size paper. I plan to run the final artwork through an everyday desktop printer, so please supply press-ready PDF files with embedded fonts and crop/bleed settings already handled—no additional setup on my end. Would also need areas for sponsor advertising spaces on both sides of the scorecard. Scorecard should be able to printed so that each sheet of paper produced 2 scorecards.

Deliverables
• High-resolution, print-ready PDF of the complete scorecard (front and back, if you choose a folding layout)
• Source artwork (Illustrator or comparable vector file) in case I need updates later
