Portrait of two faces in one.

I'm a fashion designer and I am working on a 1 of 1 piece for a client who is graduating high school. The piece involves a picture of my client as a baby and a picture of him now. I need a very skilled artist who is able to make detailed portrait pictures in black and gray. I put a picture of a sketch that I made down below. Please do not waste my time if you know your skill level is not appropriate for this project. Also this is time sensitive.
