Portrait painting

I am looking for an artist to create an acrylic painting portrait in a medium size, ranging from 12x12 to 24x24 inches. The photo to be painted will need to be selected with help from the artist. My sister recently passed away at the age of 34. I am looking to get a portrait of her painted. Ultimately, I want the painting to look as if it was taken from a photo. I am open to any artistic ideas. The portrait should capture a distinct emotion that captures the essence of the subject. I look forward to seeing your work.
