Poetry Book Cover

I need an illustrator to create a book cover for my poetry book. The book is called "Floating Souls", and have an idea of: hot air balloons floating in the sky....the balloons are subtlety heart shaped (not too obvious, but gentle enough to recognize them as a heart shaped) ...each floating balloons will have a name on them... e.g. Elena, Sally, Harry, Peter, Satnam, Maria....(maybe take names off, if it looks rubbish)...each balloon is different multi-colours....and then on the ground, a couple of, "pairs" of hot air balloons landed together..with small image of humans holding hands next to them......I would like the image to be a little brighter in colour, than the example attached.
Also..need Text graphics added for the Title and Author:
Title of Book : Floating Souls. A Twin Flame's Story of Love, Heartbreak and Healing )not sure if an apostrophe is needed in Flame's ??....not sure if looks better all capitals...use your experience)....
