Personalized Digital Cartoon Creations - Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Character Animator

I'm in need of an artist with expertise in digital drawing, particularly in classic style cartooning. We want to create riggable cartoon versions loosely based off of real people. I will provide their photographs. The art piece must be created in Adobe Photoshop, and layered and named appropriately for the character to be rigged and animated in Adobe Character Animator. We will start the process by doing one individual, and then likely 5-6 more using the same process. We only need basic drawings of faces/heads that fit the cartoon-y style of files provided.

I will provide 2 assets:

1. A photograph of the first individual we want to draw.

2. A Photoshop Document that contains the rough starting point of the character we need personalized to real people. His head will need to be redesigned to look like the photograph included. Each layer will need to EXACTLY fit into the layering and naming scheme already present in the PSD. Essentially, keep the body of this file and put a new head on it that loosely resembles the photograph.

We just need the character drawn, we will do the animating once we receive the drawings in PSDs.
