I'm seeking a talented illustrator to create a personalized cartoon drawing for my private use. This will be a digital piece, so proficiency in digital illustration tools is a must.
Key Requirements:
- Create a Cartoon Illustration: The illustration should be done in a simple, humorous, and exaggerated cartoon style.
- Tailor-made for Personal Use: The final output should be customized to my requirements, maintaining a balance between uniqueness and adherence to the cartoon style.
-I would prefer not to be charged on a per-person basis for the artwork. it can limit my creativity
