Permit-Ready Dormer Rendering

I have three reference images ready for you—a straight-on photo of the rear elevation, a quick markup that pinpoints where I want the new roof dormers, and an inspiration image that shows the dormer style I’m after. Using those, I need a clean, detailed mock-up that will satisfy the building department’s permitting review and give my client a clear picture of the finished look.

Scope of work
• Add one dormer on each side of the existing chimney, each roughly 10' wide and built around an 8'-wide window.
• Show only what matters for approval: the full rear elevation of the house plus the deck and railing—nothing else in frame.
• No CAD is necessary; a high-quality graphic is fine. A layered SVG would be perfect, but a high-resolution PNG or PDF that can be printed to scale will also work.

Acceptance criteria
• Proportions of the dormers and windows match the dimensions noted above.
• Materials, roof pitch, trim, and siding style in the dormers visually match the existing house (use my reference images).
• Final file delivered in SVG (preferred) or another vector/hi-res format that allows the permit reviewer to zoom without losing clarity.
• One round of minor tweaks included so I can fine-tune placement before submitting.
