Pen and ink tattoo style illustration required

I am looking for an artist to create for me a pen and ink illustration based around a sun tarot card in black and white. The image will be screenprinted so needs to be solid shapes/colour and no shading or over fine lines. A detailed brief will be provided but the attached image shows the style and sort of design I am looking for.
