Painting from Pictures

Hi- I would like an artist to paint a picture based on some photos. WE went to france last year with friends who recently got married. I would love to have a painting done that captures the beautiful, view and sun and spirit of the trip, including the rose. I was not looking for people to be in the picture, but something that combines a few elements and is a wonderful memory on their wall. I was thinking 9x12 but it depends on price
