Painting on canvas

I am looking for a skilled artist to create a landscape painting on a medium-sized canvas (16x20 inches) using a cool color palette (blue, green, purple). The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape painting and be able to create a visually appealing piece using these colors. The painting should be a night time scene of lanterns floating across a lake, as well as lanterns floating into the sky.
