Painting/Drawing for fiancee's Christmas gift

My fiancee & I always say this phrase "I love you to the moon and back and around again!" to each other, and I thought it would be nice to make some sort of a painting/drawing based on this quote. I've got a couple ideas that I put in the attached file, but honestly I'm pretty open to interpretation if you've got any different ideas for how to make a nice art piece from this.
