Ongoing help needed making digital paintings

I'm looking for someone who is skilled with Procreate or Photoshop, who can create fairly simple digital paintings of homes like the attached in about 30-45 minutes. This would be about 10 to start but if you do a good job, potentially developing into ongoing, repeat work.
I'm only interested in people who have experience making things "painterly" --not comics/anime type drawing.
