One line art with people and skyline

Looking for an artist who can hand draw one-line sketch for a gift for my husband. I have included a picture that I would like converted into this sketch. I would like the foreground to be my husband and me and the background to be the bridge on our left and the skyline to the right. There are two buildings in the skyline that aren't in the picture that I hope can be included off to the right, which are included in attached picture.
