Oceanic Mural Creation

I'm searching for a talented artist to design and paint an ocean scene mural on my large (over 8 feet) wooden fence. The mural should encapsulate the spirit of the sea with elements of waves and fish encompassing the paintings' full length. Creativity is welcomed as you will have artistic freedom within those requirements. Experience in outdoor murals and realistic detailing is a plus.
